Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with Shiprazor to resolve the issue promptly.
